Need to return or exchange something? Not a problem. Send us back any merchandise you don't love within 15 days of receipt.
We will issue a refund of your purchase price, excluding your original shipping, handling charges, and buySafe fee.
(To Customers who received free shipping on their order, please note that if an item from the original order is returned, and the balance of the original order goes below $350, the standard Shipping & Handling fee will be deducted from your refund.)

Late Returns: Unfortunately, items received after the 15-day return period cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange. Your package will be returned to you at your expense, If we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep your merchandise and no credit or exchange will be processed.
Returning merchandise must be sent back in its original factory condition and packaging. We cannot accept items that are not in original factory condition. The return item must have the original box, labels and tags still attached and undamaged. Items must not have been worn other than to try it on. Items altered in any way, washed, exposed to smells, such as cigarette smoke or perfume will not be accepted. Do not mark, tape or attach anything which may cause damage to the original packaging box. Damaged packaging box will not be accepted for return.
HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM

Please place a new order with new items you're wanting. We'll ship out your new order right away.

To return your original item, please use form below to request a RMA Number.
3.
Our support team will assign and email you a RMA Number within 2 business days. Do not send your return order without Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
4.
You must ship return merchandise within 7 business days after RMA Number has been issued. You are responsible for freight charges for returning the item. Collect shipments will be refused.
5.
Please mark RMA Number on outside of shipping box and take your package to the carrier of your choice. We highly recommend using a carrier that has tracking information, FedEx, or UPS. If using USPS we recommend purchasing Delivery confirmation.
6.
Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. We will email you with a credit confirmation as soon as the return is processed. No Restocking Fee ($0.00) will be applied for all refunds.
